Website User Agreement
This Website User Agreement ("Agreement") governs access to and use of the website operated by White Falcon Pvt Ltd ("White Falcon", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), including browsing, account registration, submission of enquiries, and posting of any content on the website (the "Website"). This Agreement applies to all visitors and registered users of the Website ("User", "you"). This Agreement governs use of the Website itself; the booking and delivery of air ticketing, tour package, visa, forex, and travel insurance facilitation Services is separately governed by the Company's Terms and Conditions, and the handling of personal information is separately governed by the Company's Privacy Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and available on the Website.
1. Acceptance of this Agreement
By accessing or using the Website in any manner, the User agrees to be bound by this Agreement. If the User does not agree to this Agreement, they must discontinue use of the Website immediately.
2. Eligibility
The Website and its enquiry/registration facilities are intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Where a booking or enquiry is made on behalf of a minor, it must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts full responsibility for that use.
3. Account Registration and Security
Where the Website permits registration of an account, the User agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep such information updated. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. The User shall notify the Company immediately of any unauthorised use of their account or any other breach of security.

The User agrees not to:

- Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, fraudulent, or infringes the rights of any third party;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent an affiliation with the Company;
- Use the Website to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's access to the Website, without notice, for any violation of this Section.
5. User-Submitted Content
Where the Website permits Users to submit reviews, testimonials, enquiries, or other content ("User Content"), the User grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display such User Content on the Website and in the Company's marketing materials, in connection with the promotion of the Company's Services. The User represents that any User Content submitted is accurate, truthful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party. The Company reserves the right, but is not obliged, to review, edit, or remove any User Content at its discretion, including content it considers false, misleading, or inappropriate.
6. Website Availability and Disclaimer

9. Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless White Falcon Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of the User's breach of this Agreement, the User's misuse of the Website, or any User Content submitted by the User that infringes the rights of a third party.
10. Suspension and Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's access to the Website or any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, for any actual or suspected violation of this Agreement or for any conduct the Company deems harmful to its interests, other Users, or third parties.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Sangrur, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
12. Amendment
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version on the Website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website after such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
