Exchange rates move constantly. The rate that applies to you is the rate prevailing at the time the transaction is actually executed, not the reference rate shown here.
White Falcon is a facilitator in this process. The currency transaction itself is carried out by the authorised dealer under RBI/FEMA requirements.
