Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of and should be read together with White Falcon Pvt Ltd's Terms and Conditions. By making a Booking or making any payment to the Company, the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts this Policy, including its strict no-refund position, save for the narrow, legally mandated exceptions set out below.
1. General Policy - No Refunds
White Falcon Pvt Ltd does not offer any refund of amounts paid towards its Services, including but not limited to air ticketing service fees, tour package payments, visa service fees, forex service charges, and travel insurance facilitation fees, once a Booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including cancellation by the Customer, change of travel plans, personal emergencies, denial of visa, denial of boarding, or any other circumstance whatsoever.
This no-refund position applies irrespective of how much of the corresponding Service has actually been performed by the Company, and irrespective of whether the Customer travels, obtains a visa, completes the forex transaction, or avails the insurance cover. By confirming a Booking, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted this Policy in full.
2. Air Ticketing
The Company's ticketing service fee is non-refundable in all circumstances. The base airfare is refundable, if at all, only to the extent permitted by the issuing airline's own fare rules, and the Company shall pass on only such amount, if any, as is actually refunded by the airline, less the Company's non-refundable service fee.
Statutory exception: Taxes, airport charges, and user development fees collected as part of the ticket price shall be refunded to the Customer to the extent such amounts are refunded by the airline, in accordance with applicable Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) requirements, which apply irrespective of the fare being designated "non-refundable." This is a regulatory requirement and cannot be waived by this Policy.
3. Tour Packages
Once a tour package Booking is confirmed and payment is received, no refund shall be made to the Customer under any circumstances, including cancellation by the Customer for any reason, inability to travel, or any change in personal circumstances. Amounts paid by the Company to hotels, transport providers, or other suppliers on the Customer's behalf are not refundable to the Company and, correspondingly, are not refundable to the Customer.
4. Visa Services
The Company's visa service/facilitation fee is non-refundable once a Booking is confirmed and payment is received, regardless of whether the visa application is subsequently approved, rejected, delayed, or withdrawn, as the outcome of a visa application lies solely within the discretion of the concerned embassy, consulate, or immigration authority and is not within the Company's control.
Statutory exception: Where the concerned embassy, consulate, or authority itself refunds any government or processing fee to the Company, such amount shall be passed on to the Customer, less the Company's non-refundable service fee, as the Company cannot lawfully retain money refunded to it by a third party for the Customer's account.
5. Forex Services
Once a forex booking is confirmed, the Company's service charge is non-refundable. Any cancellation of the underlying currency transaction is subject to the policy of the authorised dealer facilitating the transaction and applicable RBI/FEMA guidelines, and any adverse rate movement between booking and cancellation shall be borne by the Customer.
6. Travel Insurance
The Company's facilitation fee for travel insurance is non-refundable. Cancellation of the underlying insurance policy, including any "free-look" cancellation right, is governed solely by the terms of the concerned insurance company, and any refund of premium, if applicable, shall be as determined by the insurer and not by the Company.
7. No Refund on Force Majeure or Third-Party Failure
Where a Service cannot be completed due to a force majeure event, or due to any act, omission, delay, or failure of a Third-Party Service Provider (including airline cancellation, embassy closure, or supplier insolvency), the Company's service fee remains non-refundable. The Company shall pass on to the Customer only such amount, if any, as is actually recovered from the relevant Third-Party Service Provider.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
The Customer agrees not to initiate a payment chargeback or dispute with their bank or card issuer in respect of any amount paid to the Company where such amount is non-refundable under this Policy. The Company reserves the right to contest any such chargeback and to recover any associated costs from the Customer.
9. How to Raise a Query
Any query regarding a Booking or payment must be submitted in writing to the Company's designated contact point, as published on the Company's website, along with the relevant booking reference. Submission of a query does not entitle the Customer to a refund except as expressly provided in this Policy.
